Quick, focused, and practical. My job aids and desk guides provide just-in-time support to help learners apply knowledge right when they need it.
This job aid is a one-page quick-reference guide designed to reinforce key cybersecurity practices introduced in the Cybersecurity Basics for Employees course. Its purpose is to help employees apply secure habits—such as creating strong passwords and using safe networks—in their day-to-day work.
The job aid format was intentionally chosen for its accessibility and efficiency. Unlike an e-learning module, it provides an at-a-glance resource employees can consult in the moment, supporting just-in-time learning and bridging the gap between training and on-the-job application.
The job aid is intended to be kept at employees’ desks or pinned to digital workspaces, making it most effective in situations where quick decisions about password safety, or data handling must be made. By offering clear, actionable reminders in a compact design, it ensures that training concepts are not only learned but consistently applied in real work settings.
Additional deliverables: design document, storyboard & e-Learning course.
