I’m an Instructional Designer who creates engaging, effective learning experiences that help organizations reach their goals. Instructional design excites me because it combines creativity, problem-solving, and strategy to make complex information clear, memorable, and actionable for learners. This lead me to the Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA), an intensive program that builds real-world instructional design skills through hands-on projects, feedback from industry experts, and portfolio-ready deliverables.
My journey into instructional design began with a passion for breaking down information so others can succeed. Over time, I’ve built expertise in designing e-learning modules, scenario-based training, job aids and storyboards that drive measurable results. I specialize in using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Canva to create courses with interactive elements such as branching scenarios, labeled graphics, and knowledge checks that keep learners active and engaged.
I help organizations design and deliver training that improves performance and closes skill gaps. My services include:
Instructional design grounded in adult learning theory and practical application
Project planning and collaboration to align training with organizational goals
End-to-end instructional design, from needs analysis to evaluation
E-learning development in Storyline 360, Rise 360 and Canva
Visual and graphic design support for learning materials
Scenario-based learning and microlearning design
Job aids, design documents, and storyboards
