Audience: Non-technical employees who access company systems and sensitive data, including HR, sales, and administrative staff.
Business Problem: Human error led to a 25% increase in security breaches, costing $250,000 and downtime. Only 55% of employees correctly identified phishing emails in a recent survey.
Solution: Training on cybersecurity best practices to reduce incidents and improve phishing detection.
Highlights: This Storyline course leverages custom interactivity and scenario-based practice to immerse learners in real-world cybersecurity decisions. Features labeled graphics, and interactive knowledge checks that go beyond static content to actively build problem-solving skills.
Process: Developed a design document, storyboard , job aid and this training using labeled graphics and interactive scenarios.
Evaluation:
Level 2: Final Quiz consisting of 5 scenario-based questions with an 80% passing rate.
Level 3: Internal survey at 3 months and 1 year to measure business goal achievement.

Built-in interactive blocks, scenario-based knowledge checks, and a streamlined final quiz ensure learners stay engaged while benefiting from Rise’s clean, responsive design.
